Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TickTockTech Technology Services.

Service refers to the technology support services provided by TickTockTech.
You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Website refers to TickTockTech's website, accessible from www.ticktocktech.net.
Terms refers to these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
SMS refers to Short Message Service text messages sent to your mobile device.

The following terms apply to your consent to receive SMS messages from TickTockTech Technology Services:
1. SMS Consent & Information Sharing
The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We value your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of your contact information.
2. Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive Account Notification text messages from TickTockTech Technology Services, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Service updates
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Billing inquiries
Example of Account Notification: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with TickTockTech at [City] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from TickTockTech Technology Services at any time."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, service updates, or account status.
4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5. Opt-In Method
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from TickTockTech Technology Services in the following ways:
- By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms
- Verbally, during a phone conversation with our representatives
- By submitting a paper form during an in-person service appointment
6. Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at (888) 937-1739 to request removal from our messaging list.
7. Help
If you are experiencing any issues with our SMS communications, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" to any message you receive. You can also get help directly from us by calling (888) 937-1739 or emailing privacy@ticktocktech.com.
8. Additional Options
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms. We provide alternate methods of communication, including email and phone calls, for customers who prefer not to receive SMS messages.
4. Service Appointments
Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
Estimate Period
Some issues may require an extended Estimate period. If we are unable to complete the repair during the initial appointment, we will provide an estimate for the additional time and cost required.

6. Payment Terms
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

- Checks (with valid ID)
- PayPal
- Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
- For services requiring parts, a 50% deposit may be required before ordering.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Tax will be added to all services as required by law.
7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- The device has been damaged due to accident, misuse, or abuse.
- The device has been serviced or modified by anyone other than TickTockTech.
- The device has been damaged by power surges, water, or other environmental factors.
- The device has been infected with malware or viruses after the repair.
- Software issues arise from user installation or modification after the repair.
8. Data Backup and Privacy
- It is your responsibility to back up your data before service.
- Some repairs or diagnostic procedures may result in data loss.
- TickTockTech is not responsible for lost or corrupted data, programs, or applications.
- Recovery of lost data is not covered under our warranty.
- Data backup services are available for an additional fee.
9. Governing Law
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
