SMS refers to Short Message Service text messages sent to your mobile device.

TickTockTech provides technology repair and support services to customers in Manitoba, Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Quebec. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to your consent to receive SMS messages from TickTockTech Technology Services:

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We value your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of your contact information.

If you have consented to receive Account Notification text messages from TickTockTech Technology Services, you may receive messages related to the following:

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, service updates, or account status.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms. We provide alternate methods of communication, including email and phone calls, for customers who prefer not to receive SMS messages.

4. Service Appointments

By scheduling an appointment with TickTockTech, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

Estimate Period

Some issues may require an extended Estimate period. If we are unable to complete the repair during the initial appointment, we will provide an estimate for the additional time and cost required.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Warranty
TickTockTech provides a 30-day warranty on all repairs performed. This warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not extend to other issues that may arise with your device. The warranty is void if:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR A SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In states and jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

While we take all reasonable precautions to preserve your data during service, we strongly recommend that you back up all important data before service. TickTockTech is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. You acknowledge that:

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
