I phoned TickTockTech yesterday for the first time to arrange a visit to address two issues on a 2-in-one computer that I’d never faced on a desktop; and another issue on a desktop computer that I’ve been unable to resolve for a month. Today, Head Technician Paulo Santos arrived. In the course of an hour, he diagnosed all three issues. I was very impressed with his knowledge and systematic approach to problem-solving. He found solutions to the issues on the 2-in-one computer, and offered a working hypothesis that we’ll test for the desktop issue. I also found his explanations very clear and by the time he left I felt much more knowledgeable and in control of our computers. It was a pleasure having Paulo in our home, and we’ll certainly call TickTockTech again when other issues arise.

As you are probably aware, it was a lengthy process and throughout the entire time Paulo was in my home, he was polite, courteous and respectful of the fact that my 100 year old mother (party tomorrow with the past few days busy spent making final preparations) frequently required my assistance and that I had to absent myself several times to tend to her care. I had actually asked Paulo about providing on-going support but that conversation was sidelined by my mother’s needs. Thank you for the computer support service.
